Reliability Manager

Job description

Facilitates, monitors and controls plant maintenance and quality assurance procedures. Develops QA plans and process control procedures to ensure maintenance meets company quality and HSEQ standards. Maintains corrective action program and other quality systems. Develops and implements the Quality Management System. Coordinates and participates in internal audits with company quality personnel. Conducts quality assurance investigations (deviations, out‑of‑specifications, etc.). Reviews maintenance processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions. Liaises with other departments on QA issues. Supports contractor staff for compliance and continuous improvement. Ensures QA staff are trained, manages the QA budget and administrative functions for cost‑effective, integrated maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• minimum 10 years experience as a quality controller
• strong technical understanding of quality control and assurance
• NACE Level 2 certification
• strong knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA)
• well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• proven leadership skills in large organizations
• strategic thinking and openness to new ideas
• ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment
