Senior Planner

Job description

The Senior Planner prepares and develops preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services activities. Prepares routine and preventive maintenance plans and ensures proper resource planning and sourcing. Analyzes and records critical operational and maintenance issues of SATORP equipment, plants and utilities. Liaises and participates in meetings with other divisions to develop maintenance schedules and provides technical input. Coordinates with the CET Division to evaluate progress and conduct technical studies for new practices. Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are ready. Prepares and maintains statistical and technical maintenance reports. Utilizes SAP and related software for effective plan implementation. Assists in preparing and measuring contractor KPIs. Maintains historical records of maintenance plans. Ensures compliance with HSE rules and encourages reporting of unsafe acts.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma
• Proficient technical understanding of maintenance jobs
• Proficient organization and proactive communication skills
• Proven leadership skills in large organizations
• Proficient judgment under pressure and problem‑resolution ability
• Proficient strategic management skills
