Job Title: Claude AI Specialist & AI Administrator Company: the employer Location: Jeddah, Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia (On-site / Current Resident) Job Type: Full-time Company Overview the employer operates a manufacturing facility in Jeddah, supplying bedding products and integrating modern technology and automated solutions into its enterprise operations. Role Objective The Claude AI Specialist / AI Administrator manages the deployment and optimization of Generative AI systems powered by Anthropic's Claude AI, bridging IT infrastructure, enterprise workflows, and daily business applications. Core Responsibilities • AI Deployment: Build and optimize Claude AI applications, long-context workflows, and automated customer interaction tools. • ERP Integration: Connect AI analytics and automation scripts with internal systems like Odoo ERP for improved demand forecasting and inventory tracking. • Governance & Support: Maintain data integrity, track system performance, and provide technical documentation and guides for internal teams.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications & Background
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience focused on system administration, script automation, and deploying Claude AI or similar LLM solutions.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Claude models and APIs, NLP/chatbot management, and ERP data integration.

• Current Residency: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) with appropriate residency status.
