Construction Manager

Job description

The Construction Manager oversees daily site construction activities and leads site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams. Coordinates manpower, equipment, and work sequences to ensure execution according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitors daily progress, resolves site issues, achieves construction targets, and reports site progress and constraints to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Proficiency in English
• Construction experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
• Immediate availability preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction and site execution
• Strong experience in large-scale construction projects
