A leading company in Riyadh is seeking a Project Manager to work within a professional team. The role involves leading a design team and ensuring the quality of design outputs. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking the project schedule, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, reviewing and approving technical drawings and documents, ensuring compliance with approved timelines and budgets, applying local and international codes and standards, managing design changes and risks, and preparing and presenting design presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
• 8+ years of experience
• strong experience in fit-out projects
• proven experience in managing design teams and projects
• proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe, and SketchUp
• strong knowledge of Codes & Standards and BIM systems
• proficiency in Primavera or MS Project.
