Production Supervisor - GRC Products

Job description

Supervise GRC production lines using Spray and Premix methods. Adjust mix designs and ensure integral pigmentation matches approved samples. Produce special finishes, especially exposed/textured finishes, with consistent quality. Monitor mold preparation and ensure readiness before casting. Implement quality control procedures including mix tests, spray thickness, curing and storage. Manage workers and technicians, assign tasks and achieve daily production targets. Reduce waste, breakage rates and adhere to safety standards

Requirements

• Full supervision of GRC production lines using Spray and Premix methods
• Adjust mix designs and ensure integral pigmentation matches approved samples
• Produce special finishes, especially exposed/textured finishes, with consistent quality
• Monitor mold preparation and ensure readiness before casting
• Apply quality control procedures (mix tests, spray thickness, curing and storage)
• Manage workers and technicians, assign tasks and achieve daily production goals
• Reduce waste, breakage rates and comply with safety standards
• Experience in producing all types of GRC products
• Proven practical expertise in producing rough textures and pigmented mixes matching approved colors
• Knowledge of fixing and reinforcement systems (Steel Frame / Cast-in Fixings)
• Ability to read shop drawings
• Leadership and team management skills
