Job description

The Head Therapist at the employer Riyadh oversees daily sauna and spa operations smoothly and efficiently. Delivers high‑standard spa treatments to guests. Maintains safety in the massage room and privacy for members and guests. Provides courteous and professional service at all times. Performs massage sessions according to the schedule. Coordinates closely with the line manager to ensure smooth operation. Ensures members and guests wear appropriate attire in the sauna and massage room. Conducts daily equipment checks and records necessary repairs. Guarantees an instructor is always on duty in the massage room. Maintains close contact with guests and members, communicating their feedback. Conducts regular treatment evaluations for members and guests based on required standards.

Requirements

• Certified Spa Therapist with international experience in the same role in a hotel or spa
