Primary responsibilities: security operations; train security officers on surveillance equipment, reporting, record‑keeping and first aid; disseminate management information; conduct patrols and monitor officers; lead criminal investigations and prepare reports; surveil hotel staff for compliance with house rules; manage emergency personnel during fire, bomb threats, police assistance, injuries or illnesses; inspect security equipment and ensure cameras are focused; oversee security logs, gate passes, keys and registers; provide VIP security coverage; remain on‑call for emergencies; team management including performance reviews, talent development, appearance and professionalism monitoring, induction programs, training delivery, and weekly scheduling; comply with fire and life safety procedures, hotel policies, attend briefings and trainings, wear clean uniform, maintain personal hygiene and appearance, and perform other reasonable duties assigned.

Requirements

• Secondary/high school education
• certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting
• minimum 2 years relevant experience
• good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
• no criminal record
• strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• good communication skills
