Job description

The Head of Cybersecurity at ALJ Motors leads and governs the cybersecurity function to protect information assets, digital services, and critical business operations. Responsibilities include establishing the governance framework, driving strategy and roadmap, managing cyber risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling secure digital transformation. Key duties: develop and implement the cybersecurity strategy and governance framework; lead cyber risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and treatment; provide executive advisory and decision support; oversee cybersecurity operations such as monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and identity access management; govern cyber incident response and crisis preparedness; integrate cybersecurity requirements into business processes and digital initiatives; foster a strong cybersecurity culture across the organization.
