You will lead end‑to‑end engineering delivery, ensure scalability and compliance with system architecture standards, and collaborate with design, validation and industrialization teams to align technical solutions with project milestones. You will apply EN 50126/50128/50129 standards and RAMS methodologies for reliability and safety, foster innovation using digital tools such as MBSE and advanced simulation platforms, and promote knowledge sharing through design reviews and lessons‑learned sessions. Success is measured by achieving delivery milestones, adhering to technical baselines, effective collaboration and leadership, and reducing redesign while improving system reliability metrics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in systems engineering and configuration management tools such as DOORS or Polarion
• Strong understanding of signaling, traction or rolling stock integration within large‑scale infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical interfaces across suppliers and partners
• Experience applying project governance frameworks like V‑cycle or Agile for engineering delivery
• Capability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering plans and deliverables
