Leads a team of Account Development Executives (the employer) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners in the employer's Hub Delivery program. Combines field execution with strategic vision to achieve activation and performance goals while maintaining high delivery standards. Acts as a trainer, problem analyst, and results driver, fostering a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the employer, ensuring consistent implementation of the Hub Delivery model, providing hands‑on training in client acquisition, onboarding, performance management, monitoring team KPIs through operations, and enhancing accountability and field excellence.
