Merchandiser

Job description

The merchandiser, as part of the sales team, maximizes the employer product shelf presence across assigned outlets. Conducts in‑store sampling and promotions, follows planograms for all displays, and reports any non‑compliance to the pre‑seller while providing up‑to‑date market information to capture selling opportunities. Responsibilities: call on outlets per daily journey plan; merchandize SSFL products at shelves, stands and floor displays; place POS materials next to SSFL displays; ensure planogram compliance; rotate stock using FIFO and discard sub‑standard items; keep SSFL stock clean and fresh; monitor and report competitor activities; report deviations from agreed terms; submit daily activity reports; participate in sampling/redemption campaigns as required; maintain professional appearance and conduct per Frito‑Lay code.
