Job description

The Fleet Project Engineer is responsible for managing strategic engineering, procurement, and operational projects to enhance fleet capability, reduce costs, and improve product quality. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder coordination to execution and post-project review, ensuring compliance with technical standards, commercial agreements, and airline objectives. Key responsibilities include leading projects within technical and operations departments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting post-project performance reviews, and providing financial and contractual oversight to ensure alignment with business goals and vendor performance.
