Quality Inspector

Job description

This role monitors and evaluates airworthiness and maintenance management practices internally and with contracted providers to ensure full compliance with GACARs and the employer's GMM. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance quality, assessing the eligibility and proficiency of external providers, and compiling quality summaries. The incumbent provides technical guidance to staff regarding inspection standards, ensures the use of accurate technical data, and coordinates revisions to policies, procedures, and work instructions related to inspection and airworthiness.

Requirements

• Knowledge of GACARs
• Experience in inspection procedures and airworthiness matters
• Proficiency in technical documentation and maintenance management
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling.
